| ROKU is a seven-piece rock bending jazz ensemble based in Burlington, VT. Since their formation in 2004 the group has gone through numerous personnel changes. Under the direction of bass player/composer Mr. Russ Flynn the group eventually developed into what it is today. ROKU focuses on fusing the sounds of rock and jazz into an accessible and more modern form. Members of ROKU have performed with many important figures including: Bobby Watson, Maria Schneider, Wynton Marsalis, Auturo O’Farrill, and many more. ROKU would like to extend its thanks and love to everyone who has supported/influenced them and to the billions of people who challenge themselves everyday to grow as humans. |
